Chairs are comfortable so far. The only drawback is the levelers. Pretty pointless and needed to be removed since they had rigid rubber finish that doesn’t allow them to glide on the floor. Also they are not normal size so you can’t replace with regular leveler with slides because they are metric and not standard so can’t order them so I was forced to put sicker ones on and I can’t level it now

Great chair, love the texture of the fabric and it arrived in a timely manner. Only weird thing was that the legs for the chair and stool arrived one business day after the seat. Aside from that confusion, the chair is wonderful.
So far so good. There only thing I didn't like was the levelers on bottom are pointless they don't slide on floor. And you can replace them with regular slides does to the measurements of the bolts are metric and not standard. So I had to remove them and put cheap felt stickers on them. Now I can't have levelers on bottom.
Fast delivery, easy to assemble. Linen fabric washes easily ( yep my kids got chocolate on it within the first month). Very comfortable. Super stylish, fits in with the rest of my decor. This is the second purchase from an "online" retailer, and I must say I am very pleased so far(only had for a month). Will def purchase from Chita again in the future. Giving 4 stars because I've only had for a short time, but if it holds up I would certainly give it a 5!

Absolutely love these chairs! Was a little afraid it's my first purchase and I decided to do a different color than my couch and it looks absolutely beautiful! they are a little firm, but that's OK cause they will last longer and they are also very comfortable!
