Track Your Order
Member Order (orders placed by CHITA Members)
After your order is shipped, you can track your order on chitaliving.com. You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, the order maybe dispatched in several parcels.
Guest Order (orders placed by Guests)
1. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when we ship out the order for you.
2. Find the carrier and the tracking number in the email.
3. Go to the carrier’s official website and search your parcel with this tracking number.
4. If you doesn’t receive the shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service: email@example.com.
No Tracking Information After Shipment
1. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped.
2. Not all orders will have a tracking status from the shipping carrier. In this case or any other conditions, please contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org for detailed information about your order status.
