1. Cancel Order Before Shipment:
Usually we will ship the order on the second day after you place the order. There is no charge if the order is canceled within 24 hours, otherwise additional charges will apply.
2. Cancel Order After Shipment:
1) If the courier company supports the recall, a recall fee will apply.
2) If the courier company doesn’t support the recall, you need to reject the parcel. Shipping cost will apply in this case.
Return & Refund

Please describe your problem in detail with necessary evidence（such as photos or videos of the damaged items）and remember to leave your order number and email account. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and instruct you how to return.
1. Product with No Quality Issue
Please note that the return shipping cost is on you in this case. You can choose any courier company as long as it can guarantee the returned item remain intact without impacting its resale. Or else a certain restocking fee may be applied if the merchandise is used or damaged visually. The refund will be initiated as soon as the items are delivered to us.
Note: The above terms also apply to the case where the product has no quality problems but the accessories are missing. In this case, if you don’t want to return the product, we will reissue the accessories for you as soon as possible after we have verified the situation.
2. Wrong Item
If you receive a different item, (different in size/color/style…), you can:
1) choose to keep the wrong item and get a partial refund as compensation
2) return the item to get full refund, the return shipping fee is on us.
3. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged item, you can:
1) choose to keep it and receive partial refund as compensation according to the severity of the damage
2) return the items to get full refund. The return shipping cost is on us.
4. Late Delivery or Parcel Lost
If you haven't got the item by the expected delivery date. First you may look around, check it with your neighbors, and contact the carrier company.
If you still get nothing, Please go to “Contact Us” to submit a request for investigation. We would set up a lost package claim against the shipping company to have your matter taken care of.
It will take a week or so to get the investigation result from the shipping company. Please wait patiently during the period, and we would take a relevant measure to have it settled.
